Waste Watch and Keep Britain Tidy to merge.

Following a year-long strategic alliance, the two trustee boards made the decision which will result in a single charity whilst retaining their own brands. The current Keep Britain Tidy chief executive Phil Barton, will lead the new organisation.
Waste Watch executive director Stewart Crocker, who will support the merge as a consultant said "This is a momentus occasion for Keep Britain Tidy and Waste Watch. We believe we can increase the impact of both organisations through this merger.
"This merger allows, through our combined skills, resources and experience, to link up local and global issues using an approach that will make an even greater difference to people's lives and the health of the planet."
